Food Safe?
There are many misconceptions about what is meant by “Food Safe” In this section of the site I will provide information to educate you on the term “Food Safe”. In my opinion “food safe” means (the user) cleans cooking utensils after contact with raw food sources. This may seem like common since to some but I will assure you that common since is not common. It is sad that instead of taking accountability we just blame others. Eh, the world we live in. Some folks may very well argue that only certain types of wood are “food safe”. I disagree with this, not completely but greatly. The skeptics can do their due diligence and find out for themselves or they can take a look at the evidence I will compile here. I will not only give my own insight but I will provide links to actual public medical pages that support my claim that using only Maple, Walnut and Cherry as “food safe” is not only an unfounded claim, its Lame. I am going to link to a pub med page for now and I will add more later.
